Keeping Worcester City Healthy

Primary Care you can trust.

Worcester City Primary Care Network is a group of 9 GP Practices in the city of Worcester. We work together with our primary care partners and community organisations to provide easy access to the healthcare that our community needs.

Since the beginning, we’ve been supporting our GP Practices and aiding them in providing the highest standard of patient care possible. Without our local NHS providers, the community wouldn’t be able to receive the care and advice they deserve.

The PCN also manages various clinics and services independently, to provide patients with more opportunities for specialist care that is less accessible.

We are proud of the community we have created, and we aim to empower our GP Practices to provide an exceptional level of care to all our patients.

Our Values.

Together, we’re stronger.

So by working in partnership with practices and PCNs, we can improve our resilience, and help both their services and the people within them to flourish.

GPs need funding and support.

And by delivering programmes and developing innovative new services, we can build upon the advocacy of our clinical leads and find new ways to keep General Practice sustainable against ongoing pressures.

Collaboration is key.

By providing safe, reliable and high-quality services at scale, we can enable General Practice in Worcestershire to thrive – and by extension, we can enable the communities our members serve to do the same.
